Would you happen to be French, or French related? Just wondering 'cos all your screenshots for this got French troops in 'em.

The comic was going to be set in France, which this and "Combine's Arrival" were test shots for.

France was chosen at random, I wanted to avoid using America as then you'd get the cliche'd "America saves the day" stuff, and I avoided Britain as most of stories/comics/whatever are set there. I considered a Far Eastern nation, but that'd require more research, plus I've lived in France so I already knew a bit about it. That and I seem to love destroying Paris in everything I do.

Ok, I see. So on a scale of one to ten how much is this comic complete (or is it still at the concept stage)? Can't wait for it to come out!!! :)

It's at zero, where it's going to stay I'm afraid. I no longer do gmod comics, just the occasional screenshot, I already had pages and pages of story and research into what would/could happen, but it would have taken at least 4 years to make it all as it was going to be a twenty year long story. And I'm now doing at least four other projects.

Kickass! This could definately be part of the 7-hour war, I can see it now... The third hour of the war, the military forces all over the world begin to truly fight back and do some damage to the combine.
